I am a trial lawyer and general practice lawyer based in Charlottesville, Virginia. I handle all manner of civil disputes, ranging from personal injury and wrongful death to commercial, construction and real estate litigation. I exclusively represent injured persons in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle crashes, unsafe premises, dog bites, and sexual assault and abuse. Hendell Law Firm also assists businesses with matters such as leases, contracts, and purchase sale agreements. I am admitted to all the state and federal courts in Virginia.
